At P4PrintHub, every product is carefully designed, printed, and checked before shipping. As our products are custom-made and manufactured through 3D printing, returns are not available once the order has been delivered.
However, customer satisfaction is important to us.
We provide a 7-day replacement policy in case you receive:
• A defective product
• A broken product
• An incomplete or unfinished product
To claim a replacement, customers must:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the issue
• Provide a complete unboxing video recorded while opening the package
Please note:
Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement approval. The video helps us verify shipping-related damage or manufacturing issues fairly and securely.
Replacement requests will be reviewed and approved only if the issue meets our policy conditions.
