Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout. P4PrintHub is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate address details provided by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or unfinished product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Clear photos of the issue
• A complete unboxing video recorded while opening the package

This helps us verify and process replacement requests fairly.
